Ehsan Chughtai

Ehsan is a highly experienced solicitor with nearly 20 years of legal practice, comprising more than 50,000 hours of professional experience, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Mergers and Acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has advised on and managed a wide range of complex transactional matters, including the sale and acquisition of multi-million-pound properties, ranging from prestigious palaces to large-scale hotel developments.

Ehsan advises on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, residential and commercial development sites, refinancing transactions, deeds of covenant and variation, as well as overage and novation agreements.

Ehsan is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and the Republic of Ireland. He is also an Advocate of the Lahore High Court, Pakistan, having been admitted in 1999.
