Ehsan Chughtai

Ehsan has nearly 20 years with more than 50,000 working hours of legal experience, specializing in Real Estate and M&A. In his career, he has dealt with many complex transactional matters including the sale and purchase of multi-million-pound estates from palaces to hotels.

Ehsan deals with a vast array of matters including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, development sites (both commercial and residential), refinancing, deeds of covenants and variations, overage and novation agreements.

Ehsan is admitted as a solicitor in England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland. He is also an Advocate of the Lahore High Court – Pakistan since 1999.
