Conditional Fee Agreements (CFA)

A Conditional Fee Agreement will be an agreement that is on the whole, similar to hourly rates. However, the distinction is that the hourly fees quoted will be lower that the fee’s that are usually charged (please see below for our rates across both Central and East London Offices). We will provide you with a discount on the usual fees of up to 15% per hour and if you choose to instruct us under this agreement, you shall only pay the hourly fee for the work done. We shall also provide an estimate of these fees before the agreement commences.

If you are able to get a successful outcome you will pay a success fee and what constitutes a success and a payment will be decided by yourself and the solicitor and formalised within your fee agreement prior to work being carried out.

We also offer conditional fee agreements which can be tailored to your specific case (VAT is chargeable at 20%).

Employment Tribunal estimated Timescale

These timescales are dependent on how quickly we receive information and how quickly your ex-employer responds.

If the case proceeds to a full tribunal then it takes on average one and a half year’.
