Oluwatosin Odubela

Oluwatosin Odubela is a dual-qualified Solicitor of England and Wales and Barrister. She is also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in November 2025.

Oluwatosin’s practice is focused on civil litigation, property and landlord and tenant disputes, contractual claims, shareholder and company law disputes, and debt recovery. She advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters including possession proceedings, disrepair claims, unlawful eviction, lease disputes, and contractual and commercial disagreements.

Her work involves preparing cases, drafting pleadings and written submissions, advising clients on strategy and prospects, and managing matters through the litigation process. She enjoys working through complex factual and legal issues and providing clear, practical advice.

Alongside her litigation practice, Oluwatosin prepares and attests statutory declarations, affidavits, and powers of attorney, verifies signatures, and administers oaths.
