Mr. Aslam is admitted and practices as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in October 2008. He has been Called to the Bar as a Barrister in October 2012. Mr. Aslam has also completed the L.L.M in Commercial Laws.
Mr. Aslam was engaged in a notable Court of Appeal case of MA (Pakistan) and Ors v SSHD  EWCA Civ 705 where the Court of Appeal considered when it is reasonable to remove a non-British child.
