Sara Hussain’s role at Adam Bernard Solicitors includes spearheading the firm’s Legal, Corporate and Commercial Contracts department where she brings in her experience of drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and representing businesses in commercial disputes. The department seeks to offer the same high quality contractual safeguards afforded to large corporations to small and medium businesses in an array of industries. 

Sara has commercial contracts experience both in the UK and internationally and pre-pandemic worked in a top, in-house, international legal department in Chengdu, China. 

Simultaneously and beyond her legal experience Sara also manages Adam Bernard Solicitors’ digital marketing initiatives.
