Shamin Akhtar

Shamin is a highly experienced legal professional specialising in landlord and tenant law, with extensive experience advising landlords and letting agents on possession proceedings, housing legislation, and regulatory compliance. She previously served as a Senior Legal Advisor at the National Residential Landlords Association, where she dealt with a high volume of cases involving section 21 and section 8 possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, tenancy compliance, and housing disrepair issues.
