Spoke to Sara over an issue which in relatives terms was a small claims matter that didn’t warrant involving solicitors. Regardless of that, Sara was extremely helpful going out of her way to offer the best advice possible. Many solicitors don’t show any interest or indeed offer any help unless you pay them from the start. Sara was the complete opposite.
